   铝合金牺牲阳极适用于海水介质中的船舶、机械设备、海洋工程和海港设施<\/span><\/span><\/p>

以及海泥<\/span><\/span>中管道、电缆等设施金属防腐蚀的阴极保护。<\/span><\/p>

铝牺牲阳极的使用环境处在海水环境中的大部分金属设备或者原油储罐内部底板的阴极保护是不能用在氯离子含量低的土壤环境中。铝牺牲阳极的电极电位为-1.05伏特 ,当周围温度高于49摄氏度时铝牺牲阳极的电容量随着温度的增长而递减,可以参考公式:Z=2500-27(T-20),T阳极工作温度,单位℃。在咸水环境中,铝牺牲阳极的电流容量可能会降低一半。铝牺牲阳极可以直接与需要保护的设备结构固定在一起而不需要其他物质作为填料。<\/span><\/p>

常用的铝合金阳极有Al-Zn-In系和Al-Zn-Hg系阳极,适用于海水中的船舶、码头港口与海洋设施、海水冷却水系统和储罐沉积水部位等构筑物的阴极保护。铝合金阳极生产执行GB\/T 4948-2002《铝-锌-铟系合金牺牲阳极》。<\/span><\/p>
